Hi,

my name is Janna. I’m a writer and designer living in Austin, Texas (yee-haw, etc. etc.). I received an MFA in Writing from the Michener Center for Writers at UT Austin, an Honors BA in English, a BFA in Creative Writing, and a certificate in Publishing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Over the past decade, I’ve held a variety of marketing, design, and editing positions, alongside an ensemble of character-building jobs (think laboratories and fish scales). I’m perpetually excited about rock climbing, small-press publishing, and film photography.
